Santa Ana , CA. – Jerry Barnett, Ph.D., President of All Seals, Inc. announced today that All Seals Inc. has agreed to become the Master Distributor for the patented H Seal System, a technologically advanced metal sealing system from Bostec Engineering. According to Dr. Barnett, the H Seal System was developed for the harsh environments (corrosive fluids, and UHV) and ultra-stringent requirements (99.9% clean) in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Because the H Seal System replaces metal o-rings and perfluoroelastomers and is guaranteed to seal 100% of the time, we felt it was an excellent product to introduce to a wide range of other industries.
The H Seal System can be used in Ultra High Vacuum, Ultra High Pressures (20,000+ PSI) applications, as well as with severe corrosive and caustic chemicals. In addition, it offers reduced manufacturing and handling requirements encountered with metal o-rings. Industries targeted include: aerospace, automotive, chemicals, military/defense, oil and gas, petroleum, etc., and the supportive industries to them: flow controls, flow meters, flanges, gauges, valves, etc.
Bostec Engineering selected All Seals, Inc., a large fluid sealing, design and engineering company based in Southern California since 1974, for their extensive knowledge in sealing products, breadth of market experience, industry contacts, depth of personnel, and commitment to excellence. Dr. Barnett informs us they will be appointing other distributors to increase the coverage across North America.
